The Wadden Experience Point in Den Oever is a viewpoint over the Wadden Sea. You can look out over the 't Schor nature reserve, the dam with the largest spoonbill colony in Europe (Vogelsandt), the former island of Wieringen, the harbor of Den Oever and the Afsluitdijk.

Restaurant 'de Zingende Wielen' is located on the former island Wieringen in between the villages Den Oever and Oosterland. To have breakfast, lunch and an excellent diner, but also for a cup of coffee you are most welcome.

Enjoy optimal privacy and the luxury of a hotel in the informal atmosphere of a bed & breakfast. Due to its location right on the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site and its cultural-historical value, the Wadden Fund and the European Union have contributed to the restoration.

Son Jan and his wife Ingrid have continued Studio Blank since 2020 and breathe new life into it. They are showing the permanent collection of works by Hans Blank, who was not only a sculptor, but also a painter. In addition they are showing the works of Marijke Blank-Van Wijk and various other artists outside in the gallery.
