Foundation Water Recreation Wieringen
A 2 to 2½ hour trip that starts at the Oostkade. We sail through the harbors of Den Oever and past the sluices in the Afsluitdijk. Then we sail along the "Losse Dam" where the spoonbills and cormorants breed and along drier sandbanks where seals rest.

Studio Gest is located in a former warehouse and has its own entrance and consists of a large, high living room of approx 60m2 with underfloor heating. The studio has a private terrace and can accommodate two persons. Possibly there may be a bed or cot to be put. Studio Blank
Son Jan and his wife Ingrid have continued Studio Blank since 2020 and breathe new life into it. They are showing the permanent collection of works by Hans Blank, who was not only a sculptor, but also a painter. In addition they are showing the works of Marijke Blank-Van Wijk and various other artists outside in the gallery.
