There are only two bunkers of this type in the entire Atlantic Wall. These two imposing bunkers are located in the dunes near the "Zandloper" beach access point in Julianadorp. They were never used: the war ended before the bunkers were completed. The bunker on the north side is open to visitors. The bunkers consist of two floors. A huge circular shaft is visible where the artillery would have been placed. The ammunition would then be brought up through it. Beach entrance Falga is a quite entrance with a wide and white beach. The souther part of the beach, between pole 4.09 and pole 5, is the nudist beach. You can walk and cycle in the surrounding dune area. In the spring (May) you have a spectacular overview of the blooming bulb fields.
