In 1968 verkocht aan de familie Pastoor die er 54 jaar plezier gewoond hebben. In 2022 verkocht aan de familie Ruijter die er een praktijk ruimte voor pedicure en massage in gemaakt hebben. En de oude winkeldeur weer in ere hersteld hebben.
