The skippers' guild was housed in the building at Keern 2 because from here there was a view of both the outer water and the inner water of Kolhorn.

The iron dinghy from 1899 is the only ship left of the Kolhorn fishing fleet.

Camping ’73
Camping '73 is a family campsite, located in the head of Noord-Holland. The dunes, the beach and the water areas are easily accessible from here. The campsite has a tour and caravan park.
