De woning is gebouwd in 1850. Het schilddak is gedekt met rode pannen. De witte kroonlijst is niet versierd. De beide zijde van de voordeur worden gesierd met een pilaster. Uit archieven blijkt dat in 1929 meneer K. Coops een aanvraag heeft gedaan om het woonhuis te veranderen tot winkelhuis. Het kozijn van een winkelraam kwam in de plaats van twee ramen. In 1966 is de voorgevel veranderd. Er zijn meerdere winkels in het pand gevestigd geweest waaronder de Pico en een schoenenwinkel. Het gebouw heeft geen monumentale status. The Grandmother and Motorsmuseum is a museum that exhibits all sorts of grandmother and antique motifs. There are almost 300 engines to visit. Stolpboerderij Oudeweg 16
In 1861 is de stolpboerderij met enkel vierkant gebouwd. Het is een Noord-Hollandse normaalstolp: kenmerkend zijn de dorsdeuren aan de achterzijde van de stolp. Het voordakvlak is rietgedekt met een pannenspiegel. In de jaren 80 is vermoedelijk het gehele dak voorzien van riet. De schuur (ook eens stolp) is gebouwd in 1898 voor het onderbrengen van stieren, kalveren, een paard en een varken.
