The milk for Klaver cheeses is selected with the utmost care. Only the milk that meets today’s strict requirements is processed into dairy products in our own cheese factory (cheese factory at the Zandwillg nr 16 in Winkel). Moreover, Klaver Kaas works with reliable and regular suppliers. The cheeses are produced according to contemporary standards. The pressing, seasoning and cooling is done with the most modern techniques.
