De Smidse has been an understanding for years in the cozy center of Schagen. It's the place to sit on the terrace on the Market or have a drink at the bar. Every first and third friday night you can enjoy live music during the Piano Night and relax on the dance floor. In front of our Grand Café you can also have a very tasty meal: fair dishes, tasty and very affordable.

This very cozy café in Schagen is best known for its major events (including North Sea on 't Noord, Apres ski tour Schagen, Mokum in Schagen, Bock beer trip, Tug of war with the fair,), super DJs and live music.

Mylos is a versatile contemporary mediterranian restaurant. With a wide map, Greek quality wines, modern tapas, a great selection of vegetarian dishes and of course delicious coffee. The interiors consist of the Greek warmth and atmosphere created by natural stone and beautiful painted walls. A special ambiance that reminds of beautiful Greece. The cozy location on the Molenstraat has a sunny terrace in the summer where you can enjoy delicious food and a moment of relaxation.

In the outskirts of Schagen, 15 minutes by bike from the old center and 15 minutes by car from the coast is the B&B Tolkerbosch. And this on one of the oldest access roads to Schagen; the Tolkerdijk. Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the former hayloft, an ideal place for a cozy and attractive stay with sufficient privacy.

The Traphoeve is a beautifully restored monumental North Holland farmstead. The farmhouse is completely surrounded by the monumental West Frisian embankment, at a unique location and consists of two farmhouses.
