The Museum Slag aan de Somme is located in one of the two remaining towers of the former Schagen Castle. Focuses on the Battle of the Somme (1916) and also features other World War I-related excavations, utensils, uniforms, helmets, grenades, weapons and ammunition. Models depict the events on the Somme.
