Bakkerij Slijkerman ‘t Zand

Would you like to spend the night in a lovely Bed and Breakfast near Schagen? From April 2, 2021 we will open our newly renovated B&B. Uniquely located in the center of the beautiful village of 't Zand. When you stay in 't Zand you are centrally located for all kinds of activities. Walking on the beach and then having lunch in a nice beach bar, cycling between the beautiful bulb fields, a day on a city trip to Alkmaar, Den Helder or Schagen or a day on Texel, it is all possible from our B&B.

Permanent exhibition on Duck cages, all questions are answered here. Also, the exhibition see which animals are still more life in the Eendenkooi. The vegetation is discussed and a Palludarium let life underwater vision.

Cafeteria Smikkelhof is located in 't Zand. You can go here for fresh fries, snacks, luxury sandwiches and extensive menus.

The apartment / studio is located about 3 km from the sea. It is suitable for 2-6 people and has two bedrooms. In the property you will find a microwave, TV and internet connection. The accommodation has also a terrace / garden and parkingplace. A dog is not allowed.

A permanent exhibition is set in the visitor center at the Eendenkooi 't Zand. All questions regarding duck cages are answered here. The exhibition also shows which animals live in the duck cage. Plant growth is discussed and a palludarium shows life underwater. A visit to the visitor center is free. Opened during excursions and prior to excursions.

Zeezand Recreatie is located on the North Holland coast. A small-scale holiday park in the middle of the tulip fields and various charming coastal towns.

You will be staying in a quiet location on the Noord Hollandskanaal in the outer edge of the pleasant village of 't Zand. You will stay in a large living room of 50 m2 with a private bathroom and toilet, sauna and solarium, and all this on the 1st floor! The use of the solarium is possible for a small fee. There is also a large roof terrace (15 m2) with sunbeds where you can enjoy the evening sun. The B&B is a great base for cycling and walking. The beach is approximately 4 km away and Schagen is 9 km away.

Prince-like dining in the picturesque canal village of 't Zand, located between the city of Schagen and the beach town of Callantsoog. Take a break during a walking or cycling tour with lunch or good coffee with apple pie. Evenings delicious after summer on our renovated terrace with a good dinner.

In the mill site of Korenmolen de Hoop, investments have been made in 14 motorhome pitches that are open almost all year round. The costs for a camper with 2 people is € 18.00 per night. This includes waste water drainage, chemical toilet disposal, electricity consumption, WIFI, shower/toilet block and clean water intake. We also have camera surveillance. Pets allowed. The exploitation of the motorhome area and the mill is completely taken care of by volunteers, in favor of the exploitation of the monumental grain mill from the year 1631.
