De Aap is the most active youth association in the municipality of Hollands Kroon. It started around 1940 in an old shack where young people went after church to do a beer. Nowadays the Monkey functions as a place of entertainment that focuses on starting party animals. In the center of Breezand, you will find Zwembad Den Krieck. A swimming pool that offers many possibilities. The bath has a 25 meter bath, an instruction pool and a toddler bath. The large bath is heated from 28 to 30 degrees.

The Old Anna Paulowna Museum has the exhibition "100 years after the flood disaster" in the Anna Paulowna polder. In the museum, the photographs of, among others, photographer Piet Jonker are enlarged and viewable throughout the year. The exhibition "The notes with their drawings" is also available.
