Den Helder marina is beautifully situated in a quiet bay, surrounded by modern homes, each of which has its own berth. The facilities are recent and well maintained. The marina is a 5-minute walk from the center of Den Helder and is therefore a good base for anyone who likes to spend a night ‘sweet’ to leave for the Wadden. The port is easily accessible via one bridge that is served on call throughout the day and evening. The port has about 300 berths. For sloops, motorboats and sailing yachts up to 20 meters. Passers-by are very welcome. The berths are equipped with finger jetties for good accessibility. There is a shore power connection and water taps are available.

You can provide stage performances, but can also be used as a 'welcoming act' where, if desired, flower wreaths are hung in the well-known Hawaiian way to welcome the guests. Zij verzamelen informatie over de historie van de voormalige Koninklijke Marine onderhoudsbedrijven en over activiteiten die plaats vinden bij HisDocMB. Het HisDocMB ondersteunt instellingen, musea, onderzoekers en andere geinteresseerden met informatie en documentatie over de geschiedenis van de Koninklijke Marine onderhoudsbedrijven. Het HisDocMB doet onderzoek naar de geschiedenis van deze bedrijven en verzamelt hiertoe documentatie en beeldmateriaal die een relatie hebben met deze bedrijven.
