At the beach there is a brand new guarded beach post with First Aid and toilets. There are good accommodations for disabled persons, with a parking spot for themselves, a seating spot and a modified toilet.

Or visit the Navy Museum, the Atlantikwall center or Fort Kijkduin. Within walking distance you will also find De Helderse Vallei, a canoe rental and "De Donkere Duinen". Rent a bike and enjoy the space and quiet provided in ' The Kop van Noord-Holland' (the head of North-Holland). Also you'll be in the dunes and at the beach from 't Noorder Sandt in no time to enjoy the sea breeze!
