Farmers’ band De Knorhanen has been creating atmosphere and music at parties and events since 1961. What began as a carnival band has grown into a household name in Den Helder and far beyond.
From carnival to après-ski
Originally founded for the carnival association De Krabbetukkers, they now perform at weddings, parties, and festivals. Every performance is packed with energy, humor, and recognizable tunes. Whether it’s Mad Tuesday at the Pimpandoer or a spontaneous session on a snowy mountaintop: De Knorhanen play everywhere.
Travel and tradition
The band has made musical trips to Germany, Spain, and even Alpe d’Huez. Every year, they head out into the snow, instruments and all. Because music also fills the air during après-ski.
