Up to 2 nights is maximum stay. Reservations are not possible but there are plenty of places. The rate is € 10, - per night, this includes: tourist tax, Wi-fi. the discharge of sewage and use of showers, toilets and baby care room. Our boat has a capacity for 10 people. If your group is bigger than 10 people, there is a possibility to go with several boats.

The Helderse Vallei is the starting point of the 4 well-marked canoe routes from Den Helder with various footbridges along the way. In addition, Den Helder has various waterways that are easily accessible for canoes. The city and defense route (red route, 6 km there and 6 km back) passes Fort Dirks Admiraal, Fort Erfprins, Fort Westoever, the line and Willemsoord.

Art and Nature project The Nollen is an initiative of artist R.W. van de Wint. In 1980 Van de Wint began with a painterly experiment in the old dunes "De Nollen". That grew into paintings, sculptures and structures. The Nollen is a project in the making. "R. W. Wint" unexpectedly died in May 2006 of a heart attack. Visitors make, accompanied by a guide, a walk along steel sculptures and monumental structures.

Shopping center Schooten Plaza can be found in discrict " De Schooten ". The shopping center, built in 1969, was completely renovated in 2010, giving it a unique character and unique appearance. The shopping center has more than 200 free parking spacesand free WiFi.
