As a part of Rik Bodylanguage at Willemsoord 29B, BL-lunch is an attractive food café where you can have a nice time. On mondays and fridays we are open for lunch, where you can enjoy a small yet special menu. During events on Willemsoord we are open as well. If the weather is nice, you can have a seat at our terrace at the water side and enjoy the weather. For special parties you can give us a call. Canoe rental Den Helder (Stand up Peddeling)
Canoe rental Den Helder is located at The Helderse Vallei, the center of all canoe routes that Den Helder and Julianadorp are rich in. From here you can see all sides. In addition to the 4 well-defined routes, there are several waterways that are excellent for canoeers and SUPpers (stand up peddeling). We offer single and double canoes and kayaks and triple Canadian canoes. You can also rent longboards and SUP's and we also provide SUP and canoe clinics.

National Lifeboat Museum Dorus Rijkers
The Dutch lifeboat service through the ages and the safety aspects at sea are at the centre of attention in this museum. Original lifeboats, ship models, scale models, paintings, pictures, distinctions, life-saving equipment and movies are being displayed. All texts and computersimulations are in the English language and most movies as well. Daily, between 13.00 and 16.00 hrs, a 15 minute tour through the inner harbour can be made on board a historic lifeboat. Reservations for the boattrip not required.

H.W.N. Helder Willemsoord Nieuwediep
H.W.N. is an watersport organization, with 120 berths in the nautical heart of Den Helder. Situated next to a big shipyard, right next to the harbor for offshore, fishing and navy, there is always something to see or do around here. We have a nice wooden building with a cantina and sanitation. During the summer, the harbormaster will be there to welcome you and be at your service.
