The Roman Catholic Christ the King Church was built in 1940 in the architecture of the Delft School.

The church of Valkkoog was built in the 16th century with old brick materials. The church is late gothic and has a five travee deep ship. The church is open to visit during events and exhibitions.

Kinepolis Schagen is a cozy cinema in the Noordkoop and has 5 modern screens and 532 comfortable seats.

Cinema Zevenskoop is een gezellig filmhuis met een intieme sfeer. We vertonen elke week een film die op een of meer manieren extra mooi is. Vaak zijn het prijswinnende films met prachtige beelden, geweldige acteurs en/of een belangrijk verhaal. Wij ontvangen veel Helders publiek, maar ook mensen van buiten de stad weten ons te vinden. Walking route of Landscape North Holland. Walking route on the western tip of the former island of Wieringen. Wieringen is a "hidden" Wadden Island full of traces of the last ice age. Due to the closure of the Amsteldiep in 1924, the construction of the Afsluitdijk and the Wieringermeerpolder, Wieringen merged into the Noordkop. But it is still full of hidden stories, old villages, height differences, hollow roads, extensive meadows.

Visitors are introduced to the various global blends and have the posibility to try out various coffee makers. Every last Sunday of the month, the craft roasting is demonstrated. Guided tours for groups possible.
