The milk for Klaver cheeses is selected with the utmost care. Only the milk that meets today's strict requirements is processed into dairy products in our own cheese factory (cheese factory at the Zandwillg nr 16 in Winkel). Moreover, Klaver Kaas works with reliable and regular suppliers. The cheeses are produced according to contemporary standards. The pressing, seasoning and cooling is done with the most modern techniques.

In 1861 is de stolpboerderij met enkel vierkant gebouwd. Het is een Noord-Hollandse normaalstolp: kenmerkend zijn de dorsdeuren aan de achterzijde van de stolp. Het voordakvlak is rietgedekt met een pannenspiegel. In de jaren 80 is vermoedelijk het gehele dak voorzien van riet. De schuur (ook eens stolp) is gebouwd in 1898 voor het onderbrengen van stieren, kalveren, een paard en een varken.

Jumbo in Nieuwe Niedorp

The Grandmother and Motorsmuseum is a museum that exhibits all sorts of grandmother and antique motifs. There are almost 300 engines to visit. In addition, you can enjoy old fire trucks, Ford's 1948 tractor and admire a ballast Nedam roll from 1927. On the huge upper floor you can see all kinds of authentic shops, including: Hats, Hairdresser, Grocery, Clothing and many other things from grandmother.

In the rural New-Niedorp is this Chinese-Vietnamese restaurant, which is attractively decorated as a South Chinese farm. Under the inspiring supervision of star chef Han Ji, from HanTing Cuisine from The Hague, the Chinese Master Chef Tso Min Cheng cooks at the highest level.

De historische landhoofden zijn een tastbare herinnering aan de trambrug voor de oversteek over de Langereis. Vanaf 30 oktober 1898 werd de brug gebruikt door de stoomtram van Schagen naar Wognum. Het traject was 23 kilometer lang en duurde 70 minuten. De tram vervoerde personen maar ook vele goederen voor de veiling in Winkel en de gasfabriek in Nieuwe Niedorp. Na de komst van busverbindingen en vrachtwagens werd op 31 januari 1930 de tramlijn gesloten.
