The farmhouse was built in 1828. The pyramid-shaped roof rests on a single square. In 2020, the farm will be almost completely covered with reeds. The protruding front house (original living area) has a wooden top facade and is completely covered with tiles. Special about the farm is the garden of more than 2 hectares of land with a forest. There are 29 walnut trees on the plot, which produce hundreds of kilos of walnuts every year. This is a West Frisian bell jar because the drone doors are located at the front of the farm, windows have been made above for extra daylight. The drone doors at the front make it easier to bring hay and cattle into the farm via the road. The front door is on the right side of the road. This door used to give direct access to the cow corridor. When you opened the door, you stepped right behind the cows. The oldest farms have a front house with the actual bell jar behind it, as at this farm. In 1990 a conservatory was built at the rear of the farmhouse. In 2020, the wooden barge was removed from the front house during a restoration, the chimney was decorated with a decorative cap and the front house was covered with thatch. In addition, skylights have been installed in the front and rear.
