Since 1996, the museum lightship Texel No. 10 has been an absolute eye-catcher in Museum Harbor Willemsoord on the Oude Rijkswerf Willemsoord in Den Helder. What is special is that the now beautifully restored ship is moored a stone's throw from the slipway where she was launched in 1951. After this, the lightship would be a reliable beacon in the sea off the Dutch coast for forty years. It now forms a shining centerpiece of a special museum ships collection. De Stichting Helderse Botters bestaat geheel uit vrijwilligers en probeert de HD2 en RD28, twee unieke botters als cultureel erfgoed, d.m.v. charter en sponsoring door particulieren en bedrijven, voor het nageslacht in de vaart te houden.

Chaletpark Luttikduin is a new beautiful park in the middle of nature, just outside Callantsoog.The small-scale park consists of a number of chalets on the edge of the forest and the heathland in Callantsoog.

My name is Peter and my Bed & Breakfast is located on the outskirts of the centre of Schagen within walking distance of the centre, the restaurants and the train station. In total I offer four rooms. Two double rooms, one single room on the first floor where an extra bed can easily be placed and one bedroom on the ground floor with a private entrance.
