Just outside Schagen, in rural and hospitable West Friesland, in the middle of the meadow, lies the recreational park Burghorn. My name is Peter and my Bed & Breakfast is located on the outskirts of the centre of Schagen within walking distance of the centre, the restaurants and the train station. In total I offer four rooms. Two double rooms, one single room on the first floor where an extra bed can easily be placed and one bedroom on the ground floor with a private entrance.

Recreation port Schagen is also recommended for camper tourists. There are 21 parking spaces for campers, with electricity connections. The port is about 500 meters away from the city center and the facilities are modern and optimal.

The city of Schagen has a rich history, with the central point being; the market. Near the market you will find special buildings and bell towers such as the Vreeburg Museum where the important story about the history of the city's origins is told.
