Wonder’s food & beverage is located in one of Schagen’s most beautiful properties. A monument built in the 19th century where the Golden Angel was established as a hotel and restaurant for decades. Today, the door is still open to everyone to come and meet and drink and eat. From early morning until late evening. The menu includes classics such as carpaccio salad, cheesecake and salmon. Schagerwad Schagen is approximately 100 hectares in size and almost entirely owned and managed by Staatsbosbeheer. This is the only nature reserve within the municipality of Schagen. There is a reed field of around 35 ha in the area, which is mowed every spring. The rest of the area is a small-scale polder landscape with a relatively high water level.
