The International Diocesan Missionary Major Seminary Redemptoris Mater of the Diocese of Haarlem-Amsterdam receives young men with a vocation to form priests for the new evangelization. In 1861 is de stolpboerderij met enkel vierkant gebouwd. Het is een Noord-Hollandse normaalstolp: kenmerkend zijn de dorsdeuren aan de achterzijde van de stolp. Het voordakvlak is rietgedekt met een pannenspiegel. In de jaren 80 is vermoedelijk het gehele dak voorzien van riet. De schuur (ook eens stolp) is gebouwd in 1898 voor het onderbrengen van stieren, kalveren, een paard en een varken.

Only the milk that meets today's strict requirements is processed into dairy products in our own cheese factory (cheese factory at the Zandwillg nr 16 in Winkel). Moreover, Klaver Kaas works with reliable and regular suppliers. The cheeses are produced according to contemporary standards. The pressing, seasoning and cooling is done with the most modern techniques.
