Wieringer Eilandmuseum

At Recreation Park Wiringherlant on the former island of Wieringen there are two hotel rooms in one of the houses in the park. The rooms have all facilities, only the toilet is shared with the other room.

Playground association Helderse Buurt was founded in 1952 from the neighbourhood association Helderse Buurt. The playground offers a playground that was completely renovated in 2018 on a 1,250 m2 fenced area. Every visit to the bookstore should be a party. We think we have succeeded in that aim. Everyone, young and old, can look around uninhibitedly, browse and enjoy what each book entails. The atmosphere is pleasant and homely. Feel free to sit down in one of the chairs and read the first chapter of the book that you will be taking home with you.

The farm of Jant Lont is an original Wieringer farm dating from 1854, is showing live and working on Wieringen. Special is the tilewall with bible exposures. The farm has been renovated in 2004-2005 and refurbished. It has a lot of information.

The farm of the last resident and owner Jan Lont is located on the Zuiderzee island of Wieringen. This is now the Wieringer Eilandmuseum.
