Only the milk that meets today's strict requirements is processed into dairy products in our own cheese factory (cheese factory at the Zandwillg nr 16 in Winkel). Moreover, Klaver Kaas works with reliable and regular suppliers. The cheeses are produced according to contemporary standards. The pressing, seasoning and cooling is done with the most modern techniques.

The International Diocesan Missionary Major Seminary Redemptoris Mater of the Diocese of Haarlem-Amsterdam receives young men with a vocation to form priests for the new evangelization. The three characteristics of this type of priestly training are as follows: international, diocesan and missionary. During Open Monument Day, the monastery opens its doors and guided tours are given.
