This freestanding villa fits a family/group up to 6 persons (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The modern architecture keeps details from the authentic houses in North Holland. It’s as authentic and full of character as the surrounding landscape. Recently built in 2008 by the owner (contractor company) and a little bit of help from his wife and four daughters, it offers lots of convenience and everything you need for your Dutch adventure. In total the private property exists of 600 square metres, 526 cubic metres. The sunny and beautifully well kept private garden takes more than 500 square meters around the house. Enjoy your breakfast or barbecue (you may use our large and luxurious barbecue for free) on the outside terrace on sunny days. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with an open big modern kitchen and a south-facing terrace full of sunshine. The living area is sun filled by large windows and has a comfortable seating area. On the ground floor, you will also find the first bedroom with bathroom ensuite. On the first floor you’ll find two spacious bedrooms with both a beautiful view from the unique round windows. Besides the two bedrooms, a roomy bathroom is situated on this floor as well which offers a second toilet, a double sink, a nice rainshower and a bubble bath.
