Farmer’s campsite De Buitenplaats

Gallery Art-Point is an initiative of visual artist Peter IJsseldijk. He himself makes bronze statues, drawings and paintings. At Art-Point, work by 7 artists is shown, with diversity and various disciplines being chosen.

The Buitenplaats is a farm situated in the small and quiet village of Eenigenburg at the old West Frisian Omringdijk. At the farm, 25 cows are milked in the morning and at night, allowing everyone to come and see. There are some chickens scratching around the farm and there are 2 bungy bushes on the meadow with of course small calves. The land around the farm is mainly grassland, but potatoes are also grown.

Do you feel like cycling with family or friends? Then you can also rent bicycles at Maikel! You even get our own Maikel-de-Fietsmaker routes for free from us. In this way you tour through the most beautiful parts of the head of North Holland.

After years of work, the old coal barn was transformed into the Tara Center. Here are a lot of activities in the field of spirituality. Think of lectures and meetings, as well as courses and permanent meditation and mantra evenings. In addition, there is also a bed and breakfast in the center. There are 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds - a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin - and a seating area with a table and 4 wicker chairs. Breakfast is served on the ground floor. Specials: possibility for 2 to 3 extra sleeping places.

Between the coal, potato and bulb fields there is a nostalgic pipeboard. In this special B & B you can stay in a bed and enjoy a cup of coffee or wine on the veranda overlooking the Westfriese Omringdijk. The new sanitary facilities are located a few steps from the pipowagen. There is also a small kitchen in the B & B where you can make coffee and tea. The property is located near the beach and forest surrounding Alkmaar, Schagen and Bergen.

Kombij is an attractive bed and breakfast in Eenigenburg. This terp village lies on cultural-historical grounds on the West Frisian circular dike in North Holland. It has two large double rooms with private bathroom. There is a fitted kitchen with cozy wood burning stove. The private entrance is also seating area, with beautiful views of the large garden, the fields and the dike.

It is a recognized ANWB camping and there are also 2 camper present. Distance to beach: 6 km.
