Information point Sint Maarten

Gallery Art-Point is an initiative of visual artist Peter IJsseldijk. He himself makes bronze statues, drawings and paintings. At Art-Point, work by 7 artists is shown, with diversity and various disciplines being chosen.

Between the coal, potato and bulb fields there is a nostalgic pipeboard. In this special B & B you can stay in a bed and enjoy a cup of coffee or wine on the veranda overlooking the Westfriese Omringdijk. The new sanitary facilities are located a few steps from the pipowagen. There is also a small kitchen in the B & B where you can make coffee and tea. The property is located near the beach and forest surrounding Alkmaar, Schagen and Bergen.

Guesthouse Stroet is located in a rural area, close to the forest, sea and charming towns with restaurants and shops. The guest house has its own entrance. She also has an attractive living room, kitchen, modern bathroom and bedroom. The four-legged friend is also welcome.

The company, including greenhouses, lies on a plot of 10 acres. Furthermore, there are several locations where crops are grown. On the farm the following crops grow naturally: cabbage, wheat, clover, potatoes, carrots, various flowers and more. In the greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers belong to the main crops. In the shop you can buy organic vegetables along with fruit, dairy products and bread. And in the summer and fall season flowers.

The Buitenplaats is a farm situated in the small and quiet village of Eenigenburg on the old West Frisian Omringdijk. At the farm, 25 cows are milked in the morning and at night, allowing everyone to come and see. There are some chickens scratching around the farm and there are 2 bungy bushes on the meadow with of course small calves. The land around the farm is mainly grassland, but potatoes are also grown.

Every rider can go to Manege Belckmeer; from beginner to recreationist, to the very advanced rider, you are at the right place at Manege Belckmeer.

Castle Nieuwendoorn. Foundations of the in the 13th century founded castle Nieuwendoorn. Located between Eenigenburg and Krabbendam this was one of the castles of Count Floris the V. Around 1280 founded and after his dead in 1296 besieged by the West Frisians. People restored the castle. When you arrive at the first brigde across the channel, you come on the country place. There used to be the cowsheds/horsestables. Across the second bridge you come via the gatetower in the country place. On the left side is the defence tower. The area is reachable via 'Hollands Noorden Route'.

The church of Valkkoog was built in the 16th century with old brick materials. The church is late gothic and has a five travee deep ship. The church is open to visit during events and exhibitions.
