You can hike directly from one of the starting points, where you can choose from several marked routes. You can pick the length and environment of your hike. This way, the hiking network offers you plenty of ease, and loads of hiking pleasure!

Hotel Cape Horn is situated at the Zuidstraat in Den Helder, near the city center and the old Royal Navy shipyard Willemsoord. WSC Breewijd is the first marina on your right when you enter Den Helder. We are a small and easygoing harbor that breathes relaxation and quiet. Because of this, we actually get a lot of visitors! For a small fee you can enter our harbor, where you can pretty much do what you want (within reason ofcourse). Your safety has also been thought of, the harbor comes equipped with a lockable fence where you get a key for. The entire harbor is 2,50 meter deep, and therefore accessible by many. The peirs come equipped with a 16 ampère 220 volt connection.
