Camping at the foot of the dunes with the beach within walking distance. Camping Helmzicht is located around the North Holland farmhouse from the early 1900s.

There are only two bunkers of this type in the entire Atlantic Wall. These two imposing bunkers are located in the dunes near the "Zandloper" beach access point in Julianadorp. They were never used: the war ended before the bunkers were completed. The bunker on the north side is open to visitors. The bunkers consist of two floors. A huge circular shaft is visible where the artillery would have been placed. The ammunition would then be brought up through it. Campingsite de Zwaluw in Julianadorp is located near the sea and nature with wide beaches and beautiful dunes. The site is about 7 kilometers from Den Helder. Our campsite is a family campsite with a friendly cafeteria / snack bar and a large playground.

From your veranda you’ll have a wide view of the flower fields. A Gypsy Wagon is not only a sight itself, but also offers its guests a romantic view of the free life. Beautiful campsite, situated 600 metres from the beach, nestled between large tree banks. Also located on the bicycle and canoe route that connects to the network of routes throughout North Holland. Extensive facilities including an indoor pool, play areas. Shared kitchen and mini riding-school. ANWB approved campsite. Limited access for wheelchair users.

The Julianadorp Vooruit Cultural Association was established in 1958. This association was founded at the time with the aim of organizing various activities with a cultural dimension for the residents of Julianadorp and thereby bringing a lot of entertainment and fun to the village. The activities that are on the agenda nowadays cover a wider area including, for example, sporting festivities. An active club of volunteers ensures that the festivities take place every year.
