Park Duinland is an excellent base for a hike of bike holiday. There are beautiful routes in de surrounding area through flower fields and dunes. The bungalows are rented out by private owners.

This village, which isn't found by the navigation system, is a true holiday village. It has very few inhabitants, but consists of several holiday parks and campsites. A 10-minute walk through the beautiful dunes leads to the wonderfully wide beach. Sint Maartenszee is located in the largest contiguous flower bulb region in the world.

There are only two bunkers of this type in the entire Atlantic Wall. These two imposing bunkers are located in the dunes near the "Zandloper" beach access point in Julianadorp. They were never used: the war ended before the bunkers were completed. The bunker on the north side is open to visitors. The bunkers consist of two floors. A huge circular shaft is visible where the artillery would have been placed. The ammunition would then be brought up through it. The Wadden Experience Point in Den Oever is a viewpoint over the Wadden Sea. You can look out over the 't Schor nature reserve, the dam with the largest spoonbill colony in Europe (Vogelsandt), the former island of Wieringen, the harbor of Den Oever and the Afsluitdijk.
