SVR Mini-camping Het Bakken is a cozy campsite less than two kilometers away from the dunes and the beach. The campsite is surrounded by a windsill which also offers shelter on windy days. In the immediate vicinity there is fish water and the changing landscape in the area also offers all possibilities for walking or cycling.

Do you feel like cycling with family or friends? Then you can also rent bicycles at Maikel! You even get our own Maikel-de-Fietsmaker routes for free from us. In this way you tour through the most beautiful parts of the head of North Holland.

Castle Nieuwendoorn. Foundations of the in the 13th century founded castle Nieuwendoorn. Located between Eenigenburg and Krabbendam this was one of the castles of Count Floris the V. Gallery Art-Point is an initiative of visual artist Peter IJsseldijk. He himself makes bronze statues, drawings and paintings. At Art-Point, work by 7 artists is shown, with diversity and various disciplines being chosen.

The farm Het Vosgen is located in Sint Maartensbrug, Schagen municipality, close to the North Sea coast and in the middle of the beautiful North Holland landscape. Half of this farm is furnished as a holiday home with a large garden and its own "terrace in the greenhouse". In the spring you look out over the bulb fields.
