Sauna “Het Kuurhuys”

De boerderij is gebouwd rond 1750. Kenmerkend aan een Wieringerboerderij is het grote zwarte schuurschot, de rouw- en trouwdeur, de rietenkap voor het schuurdeel en slechts een gedeelte van het voorhuis is pannengedekt. Tijdens de reformatie waren alleen nog protestantse kerken toegestaan. De boerderij werd toen gebruikt als schuilkerk (schuurkerk) door rooms-katholieke kerkgangers tot 1824. Klokgelui was verboden en gezang mocht niet hoorbaar zijn.

In de top van de voorgevel van deze Wieringerboerderij is het bouwjaar 1734 gemetseld. Maar vermoedelijk is de boerderij 17e-eeuws vanwege het historische metselwerk.

Playground association Helderse Buurt was founded in 1952 from the neighbourhood association Helderse Buurt. The playground offers a playground that was completely renovated in 2018 on a 1,250 m2 fenced area. In the playground, the large climbing, scrambling and sliding device stands out with a large tube slide. Everyone can play in the playground, from very small to about 12 years old. De voormalige pastorie is gebouwd in 1898 en is een gemeentelijk monument.
