Playground association Helderse Buurt was founded in 1952 from the neighbourhood association Helderse Buurt. The playground offers a playground that was completely renovated in 2018 on a 1,250 m2 fenced area. In the playground, the large climbing, scrambling and sliding device stands out with a large tube slide. Everyone can play in the playground, from very small to about 12 years old. IJs- en zuivelboerderij De Wieringer
'De Wieringer' is open every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. You can choose your dairy products yourself and pay (cash). There is also a picnic area here. Here one buys among other things: ice cream, yogurt, fresh milk, cottage cheese, jam, fruit yogurt and syrup. The 'ice cow' with ice cream (scoop) is outside during the weekend (unless the ice cow is on a market elsewhere, this is always indicated on the Wieringer's Facebook page).

The farm of Jant Lont is an original Wieringer farm dating from 1854, is showing live and working on Wieringen. Special is the tilewall with bible exposures. The farm has been renovated in 2004-2005 and refurbished. It has a lot of information.
