The bungalows are all on their own, the rest of the property is shared and maintained by the members. This property is about nature, privacy and tranquility. The facilities are therefore small-scale. De vaarroute tussen Amstelmeer en IJsselmeer gaat langs de Stontelersluis bij gemaal Leemans, door de Den Oeversche vaart langs Slootdorp bij de Slootvaart. Langs de route kan je op verschillende plekken aanmeren, zoals bij de camping Het Bos Roept!, de verschillende opgeknapte steigers, bij het Slootdoperbos of bij het Amstelmeer. Langs de waterkant van de vaarroute staan zes prachtige kunstwerken.
