Discover all the beaches

With no fewer than three coasts, the Kop van Noord-Holland is almost entirely surrounded by water. The North Sea coast is dotted with a series of cosy seaside resorts like Julianadorp, Petten and Callantsoog, with a beach that spans all the way to Den Helder. Plenty of activities are available along the coast, or opt for a brisk walk on the beach and then sit back and relax on a beach pavilion.

On the other side of the Kop, along the IJsselmeer, there are plenty of small beaches where you can enjoy a lovely and active day.

Savour a moment by taking in a breath of fresh air on the coast or a relaxing stroll along the shoreline. Sports fans can grab their surfboards for an energetic day on the water.  Anything is possible in the Kop.
