On Sunday 27 December 2026, Winterplein Callantsoog will take place on the Dorpsplein in Callantsoog. From 12:00 to 20:00, the square will be transformed into an atmospheric winter meeting place, where residents and visitors can enjoy conviviality, music and various activities together.

This year, the event returns to the small-scale and cosy setup of 2024. Instead of a large tent and ice rink, an open square is central, atmospherically decorated with twinkling lights and crackling fire pits. Visitors can stroll around the winter market, enjoy various winter snacks and drinks, and participate in fun games and activities for young and old.

Winterplein Callantsoog offers an accessible opportunity to come together with family, friends and fellow villagers. With a varied range of winter activities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, meeting and connection are central.

The event is free to attend and suitable for all ages.
