Want to get more out of your visit to Fort Kijkduin? Then join one of the free tours given every Thursday and Saturday by enthusiastic volunteers. They’ll lead you through the fort’s impressive corridors and tell you about its former inhabitants, military strategies, and the unique history of this historic place.
There are two tours per day: one at 11:30 AM in Dutch and one at 1:30 PM in German. There’s no need to register in advance, but participation is subject to volunteer availability. A fun, educational, and accessible way to truly experience Fort Kijkduin!
