On Friday, December 12, 2025, Schagen will once again be magically illuminated during the Lichtjesloop (Light Walk). A festive walking event for all ages, organized by TAS’82 and Team Sportservice.
Walk together along an 8.5-kilometer route along illuminated streets, musical performances, and warming refreshments. From a cup of pea soup at Magnushof to a swinging DJ in the Music Garden: the Lichtjesloop is full of surprises. The walk starts and ends at the TAS’82 athletics club, with three checkpoints and plenty of entertainment along the way.
Turn on your prettiest lights and join us on a walk through a sea of lights, together with your family, friends, or neighbors. There’s even a prize for the most creative costume. Participants start in three color groups to avoid congestion:
Blue: starts at 6:45 PM
Red: start 6:55 PM
Green: start 7:05 PM
Tickets cost €5 per person and are limited (max. 400 participants). You can register using the form on the website. As a bonus, you can make a voluntary contribution to the Adapted Sports and Leisure Foundation.
