On Saturday, November 28, 2026, Cultureel Dirkshorn presents a special concert by trumpeter Eric Vloeimans and cellist Jörg Brinkmann at the PKN-kerk in Dirkshorn. During this musical evening, the two internationally renowned musicians will perform a versatile program in which jazz, classical music, and improvisation come together.

Eric Vloeimans is known for his warm, melodic trumpet sound and his ability to connect different musical styles. Cellist Jörg Brinkmann distinguishes himself through his innovative playing techniques, rich sound, and creative improvisations. Together, they create a dynamic musical interaction, in which refined melodies and surprising sound combinations take center stage.

The collaboration between Vloeimans and Brinkmann began around 2009 within the Martin Fondse Band. Since then, they have worked together on various musical projects, including Oliver’s Cinema and the film score for Wild Port of Europe.

The concert takes place in the intimate setting of the PKN-kerk at Raadhuisstraat 5 in Dirkshorn and starts at 8:00 PM. Admission is € 22.50 per person, including coffee or tea prior to the performance.
