De vaarroute tussen Amstelmeer en IJsselmeer gaat langs de Stontelersluis bij gemaal Leemans, door de Den Oeversche vaart langs Slootdorp bij de Slootvaart. Langs de route kan je op verschillende plekken aanmeren, zoals bij de camping Het Bos Roept!, de verschillende opgeknapte steigers, bij het Slootdoperbos of bij het Amstelmeer.
