M219 Seezielbatterij Zanddijk – Bunkermuseum
There are only two bunkers of this type in the entire Atlantic Wall. These two imposing bunkers are located in the dunes near the "Zandloper" beach access point in Julianadorp. They were never used: the war ended before the bunkers were completed. The bunker on the north side is open to visitors. The bunkers consist of two floors. A huge circular shaft is visible where the artillery would have been placed. The ammunition would then be brought up through it. The Old Place
The double bedroom is located on the 1st floor. There is access to the balcony. Use of a sitting room with extra bed for a third person of the family. In the living room a TV, fridge, coffee machine, kettle. The shower is on the 1st floor, toilet on the ground floor exclusively for the guests. Internet is possible. In October, November and December, no overnight stays.
