Museum Kaap Skil is full of stories and adventures about the illustrious maritime history of the island of Texel. The collection contains top finds from ancient shipwrecks found off the Texel coast. In the Golden Age, trading and war ships gathered here upon arrival and departure. That time is revived in the world’s largest maritime model, which is located in the award-winning entrance building.
