Walking Wieringen is a complete evening walk for anyone who loves spending time outdoors and experiencing things together. This all-inclusive hike takes you along an 18-kilometer route through the charming Wieringen region, starting and finishing in Oosterland.
The 2026 theme is Fairy Tales . This theme comes to life along the route with music, dance, art, and decor. At various points, you’ll be treated to food and drinks, so you’re not just walking, but also tasting, watching, and listening.
The walk starts in the evening and continues into the night, creating a unique atmosphere on the dikes and paths of Wieringen. You’ll walk with other participants, but each at their own pace.
Registration opens February 1, 2026. Participation is only possible with a ticket.
