On 30 October, Hippolytushoef will be entirely dedicated to the annual Halloweenmarkt. Between 14:00 and 22:00, the atmospherically decorated village centre offers an extensive programme for young and old, with approximately 200 market stalls, children’s activities, music shows and surprising street theatre. The popular ghost alley next to the graveyard is also part of the event. The Halloweenmarkt has been a well-known crowd-puller in the region for almost forty years and is free to attend.
