Join the rangers on a rambling tour through Het Zwanenwater. During this special walk, you leave the established walking routes and trek through sheltered dune valleys, past both dune lakes, and across places that are normally inaccessible.
Along the way, the rangers will tell you about the many plant and animal species in the area. Listen to the birds, enjoy the views over the dune landscape, and perhaps catch a glimpse of the North Sea from the dune tops. The tour is approximately 12 kilometers long and takes over five hours.
This excursion is only suitable for people with a good level of fitness for walking. Wear good walking shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. Bring your own sufficient water, lunch, and binoculars (if you wish). Dogs are not allowed.
Participation costs €33.00 per adult. Members of Natuurmonumenten pay €23.10. The entrance fee for the Het Zwanenwater nature reserve is included in the ticket price.
