We are also an official wedding location for the municipality of Schagen.

We specialize in the rental of apartments, holiday homes, bungalows, group accommodations and very luxurious holiday villas in North Holland. We have options in Callantsoog, Groote Keeten, Julianadorp aan Zee, Den Helder, 't Zand, Schagen, Petten, Sint Maartenszee, Schoorl and Bergen. The Coastal Holiday Homes was founded in 1998, a family business that arose from passion with a great deal of personal involvement for the tenant and landlord. We strive for 5 star satisfaction. For this we are available seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Very cozy fully furnished bungalow for 6 people only 100 meters from the beach. The bungalow is situated in a small bungalow park with private beach and spacious parking. Callantsoog is a nice seaside resort where life is always throughout the year. In the summer you can take surfing lessons or Blow Karting. Every Wednesday there is a street fair. The bungalow has an additional washingmachine and a fireplace. Dogs are welcome with us, max 2 per cottage. Our prices are all-in with final cleaning, tourist tax. A dog is 25 euros per week.

The hotel is centrally located in Callantsoog, within walking distance of the center and the beach. Hotel 't Zwaantje offers modernly furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is always included. Callantsoog is known as an ideal seaside resort for young and old, located directly on the wide and clean beach. Bus stop to and from Schagen is 50 meters away.

FARM (10 persons) Authentic North Holland farmhouse, uniquely situated in the countryside, large 2.4 acres, near dunes, beach and village. Ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms downstairs with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds, second large living room with sofa bed and double bed, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, second bathroom with shower, toilet and bath, TV, video, radio, CD player, microwave, oven, central heating, washing machine and dryer, large private front and back garden.

Clean beach with excellent facilities. Supervision by rescue team, family seaside resort/beach.

A cozy summer house suitable for 2 persons, about 0.2 km from the beach. This summer cottage has two single beds. In the summer house you will find cable TV and Wifi / internet connection, freezer / fridge, coffee machine, kettle, 4 burner gas hob, radio and microwave. Small pets are allowed in consultation. The Octaaf is situated against the dune nature area 't Kooibos and the coastal nature area Abbestee. From the Octaaf you can easily reach the center of Callantsoog via a beautiful internal route along the Kooibos.
