Ground floor: 80m2 living space with sitting area by the fireplace and flat screen TV, a tea corner overlooking the dunes, a large dining area and luxury kitchen with all conveniences. Villa Holland is a small park in the town of Sint Maartenszee with three cozy wooden cottages. The cottages are decorated with brocante & folklore with a big wink for Dutch kitsch. The bungalow is situated on the edge of the park. In the spring you have magnificent views over the flowering bulb fields. The detached stone bungalow of 70 sqm has been around a very large enclosed garden of 800 m² with a large sun terrace on the south, lawn and flower beds. Parking next to the bungalow, suitable for several cars.
