Restaurant Stoom is a hip and trendy a-la-carte restaurant in Den Helder. A place for everyone to dine, work, meet and especially enjoy in a personal atmosphere. Stoom is situated in a unique spot in a beautiful monumental building at Willemsoord, which formerly served as a shipyard and maintenance yard for the Royal Dutch Navy. Glass, brick, wood and steel are the original elements that you encounter in the restaurant. Tough and robust.

We specialize in Egyptian/Mediteranian specialties, along with a fusion kitchen. Wij have a flavour of our own, and make our products of fresh, artisan ingredients. If you choose Kunst & Kitchen, you enter a world where the traditional Eastern art of cooking comes together with modern, western art. Every 6 weeks we have a changing exposition of renowned artists.

The Helderse Vallei coordinates the performances in the open-air theater that is located next to the watchtower. Schools, theater or music associations and bands are free to use the theater in consultation under various conditions. These can be requested from the Helderse Vallei.
