“Bras” by BOT is a raw, musical and visual explosion that takes you back to the turbulent interbellum – the sultry years between two world wars when everything seemed possible and nothing was sacred anymore. In this chaotic time full of razor-sharp cabaret, disruptive dada, hard modernists and emerging authoritarian ideals, nostalgia and progress collide head-on. BOT revives that time with instruments made of scrap metal, pounding rhythms and crushing images, and holds up a disturbing mirror to our own 1920s. Is history repeating itself?
